Drive, activate and support all brand initiatives and programs, under the direction of the Field Sales Leader.Develop M♺♼ advocates in boutique and gondola locations by training them on key selling and service behaviors that drive sales, building relationships with guest and grow loyalty.Education to be completed thru DMT’s, blended trainings (M♺♼ in focus), cluster trainings and side by side selling. Educate M♺♼ artist and ULTA BA teams on hero M♺♼ and ELC products to increase M♺♼ artist and ULTA BA’s ability to recommend products to guest and drives sales.Observe and provide feedback on how the M♺♼ artist team is using sales and education trainings to drive sales, as well as recognize and coach to opportunities for improvement.Deliver effective sales coaching: modeling, observing and providing feedback to ensure effective delivery of sales techniques for varying consumer profiles, including cross selling techniques for new consumers, to ensure sales goal achievement.Partner with Ulta and M♺♼ field leadership to ensure all open jobs are filled and hours are being utilized to drive M♺♼ business, including sourcing and interviewing potential M♺♼ artist.Partner with Ulta and M♺♼ field leadership team, to ensure new boutique and gondola openings are executed with excellence and support new doors openings in-person when possible.Partner with retailer and brand to ensure seasonal merchandising updates are executed.
Execute and follow up on all corporate education, event initiatives and programs as directed by Field Sales Director.Responsible for achievement of sales plan for each door within territory.Create monthly calendar to optimally support focus doors and sales achievement.Coordinate optimal store visit schedule with the Field Sales Leader and strategize plans to achieve sales goals and execute corporate initiatives.Drive and exceed sales goals as determined by the Field Sales Leader through store visits for support, events and relationship building.The Coordinator will track and drive sales, partner with services district leader to plan and execute trainings and events within their region/territory to deliver both sales and services targets.
